FAQ

  • What types of vehicles can I work on using your lifts?

Each station has a 9,000-pound, 2-post lift. So, if your vehicle fits on the lift, you can work on it! If you don’t need the lift but just need some indoor space to work on your project, that’s fine too—we have workstations available for general repairs and maintenance.

  • Are motorcycles allowed on the lifts?

No, our current lifts are designed for cars and trucks. However, we do plan to add a motorcycle lift in the future. In the meantime, if you just need indoor space to work on your bike, you’re more than welcome to come and work inside.

  • Do you allow walk-ins, or is an appointment required?

No, We are appointment only. Please book an appointment through the appointment section on our website to ensure a lift is available when you arrive. (Must book 9 hours in advance)

  • What tools and equipment are included with my rental?

Each workstation comes equipped with a 702-piece tool kit, which includes a comprehensive selection of wrenches, sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, pliers, and specialty automotive tools organized in EVA foam trays. This should cover most repair and maintenance needs, so you may not need to bring much extra unless you require specialized equipment.

  • Can I bring my own tools?

Yes, but only the tools you know you need to get the job done.

  • Can I bring a friend or a helper with me?

Yes, of course! Working on a car is always more fun (and sometimes easier) with a friend. Just make sure they follow all safety rules while in the shop.

  • Do you offer vehicle storage for unfinished projects?

Yes, we offer storage for projects! Whether you need to leave your car for a day, a week, or a month, we’ve got you covered. Check out our Services section for daily, weekly, and monthly pricing options.

  • Are there age restrictions for using the facility?

Yes, you must be 18 or older to use the facility.

  • What happens if my car is not drivable after my repair session?

If you’re coming back first thing in the morning, we can leave it on the lift overnight. If not, you have two options: you can rent an outside storage space or have the vehicle towed to another location.
